I just discovered last November 2006 that my son loves to watch pokemon in cartoon network. Since I’m also interested in anime, I had a thought that this might be the chance for us to bond in anime. So I decided to buy him some pokemon cards and taught him how to play those cards. We went to Pokemon TCG Website to learn the step by step tutorial on how to play the game. We both got hooked and I myself got addicted as well. I’d never thought that playing this game would be fun. And by the time we’ve mastered the game, we encourage his cousins in our compound to play Pokemon TCG and they also got hooked.
I decided to have a tournament this year in our compound and promised them that whoever got 8 badges (won 8 championships within this year) will get a prize. Since they all agreed, I made a logo for the tournament so that all of them will be motivated to win the championship.
That’s nice! I wish I could also encourage my relatives to like card games and anime.
