My wife hates tattoos or pierced body parts. Tattoos, when done artistically, can be quite pleasing to the eye, but the thing that bothers her is that it is permanent and for a lifetime. It is a good thing I dont want to get tattoos. Henna is OK for her though. She wants us to try henna tattoos sometime.
