Have you ever experienced the Carlsbad nightlife? It’s basically what you call the nightlife you experience in San Diego clubs. Take note, these are San Diego clubs by the oceanshore so you can really feel the beat of the night with the sea wind! The Ocean Beach clubs and bars are neighborhood friendly often keeping crowds from sunrise to sunrise! The locals strive for the more conservative clubs while lavish restaurants and revamped bars in Carlsbad are popular amid a mature crowd. The classic club scene caters to a younger audience though. So you get to enjoy the scene with all ages!

I know Edil will like the Karl Strauss Brewery & Restaurant. They brew beer perfectly well. And as they say, you only drink beer from someone who brews it well. The Karl Strauss Brewery & Restaurant does it well! He would also like Maxdon’s since it is a sports bar!

Skin Care

I am an advocate of all natural skincare products because I have very sensitive skin. Would you believe that at the age of 27 I still use Johnson’s products to take care of my skin? I tried once to use all the creams and astringents that you see in commercials and it made my skin go red and rashes began to sprout! It took me two weeks to have the rashes disappear! Now I just stick to what my skin knows and loves. I dont use any anti-aging creams too. I wash my face regularly. Then I use astringent, then moisturizer at night. I use sunblock with moisturizer in the mornings. Sunblock is very very important! Then I dont prick at all. I dont even do facials either. I guess I need to thank my mom for giving me good skin!

We, as a family, are really careful with our teeth. We have been changing dentists every year since we want to be comfortable with whom we go to, but we finally got to have a family dentist that will be good for us.

Why take care of your teeth? It’s because your teeth are important in many ways. If you take care of them, they’ll help take care of you. Strong, healthy teeth help you chew the right foods to help you grow. They help you speak clearly. And yes, they help you look your best.

I got these tips from a family web site. These tips are really awesome for kids.
How You Can Keep Your Teeth Healthy:
* Brush at least twice a day - after breakfast and before bedtime. If you can, brush after lunch or after sweet snacks. Brushing properly breaks down plaque.
* Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Spend some time on the teeth along the sides and in the back. Brush away from your gums.
* Take your time while brushing. Spend at least 3 minutes each time you brush. If you have trouble keeping track of the time, use a timer or play a recording of a song you like to help pass the time.
* Be sure your toothbrush has soft bristles (the package will tell you if they’re soft). Ask your parent to help you get a new toothbrush every 3 months. Some toothbrushes come with bristles that change color when it’s time to change them.
* Learn how to floss your teeth, which is a very important way to keep them healthy. It feels weird the first few times you do it, but pretty soon you’ll be a pro. Slip the dental floss between each tooth and up along the gum line. The floss gets rid of food that’s hidden where your toothbrush can’t get it, no matter how well you brush.
